Let's all say "Jajangmyeon"!!!

Jjajangmyeon (the famously black sauce korean noodle) is now an official word in Korea!! And it is now spelled as Jajangmyeon not Jjajangmyeon anymore (due to many confusion on the spelling)

짜장면 (Jjajangmyeon) now becomes 자장면 (Jajangmyeon)

Foot note :: To Malaysians (Ceeehh budget mcm orang luar pun bace blog I ni ke..???) Mee ni nampak mcm mee goreng kite yang terlebih kicap je ye tak?? Kekekeke ~

Okay, till then ~

Protect The Boss OST - Heo Young Saeng (SS501) - Sad Song

Protect The Boss new OST from SS501's Heo Young Saeng called 'Sad Song'. I like all the OST songs from this drama so far. Like Jae Joong's 'I'll Protect You" and A Pink 'Let Us Just Love' and also Kwanghee ZE:A duet with Yewon Jewelry 'I Can Only See You'.

Okay, till then ~

Please be 'MY' pet

Kimi Wa Peto (japanese version)
Jang Keun Suk has just finished filming his new drama film with Kim Ha Neul, "You're My Pet". Have you seen the japanese version (original version) "Kimi Wa Peto" starring Matsumoto Jun (Domyouji in 'Hana Yori Dango' - Boys Over Flowers japanese version) and Koyuki (ambassador of SKII in TV advertisement)?? The japanese version of You're My Pet was a cute drama (personal opinion because I heart Matsumoto Jun =P). And to top of that, I am soooo looking forward for the Korean version of You're My Pet since Jang Keun Suk comeback since Marry Me Mary. 'Kimi Wa Peto' is a drama of a boy (Matsumoto Jun) who was found in a box in front of a successful and beautiful 30-ish woman's (Koyuki) apartment. She took him to her apartment and feed him and takes care of him like a puppy. The boy stays at her apartment for a period of time and in the end he falls in love with the woman. But the big age difference is a matter to the woman but she doesn't want to lose the boy (as she is fond of him not in a lovey dovey way).

Jang Keun Suk & Kim Ha Neul
So the Korean version will be similar as the Japanese version I presumed. But really can't wait for this drama film to be aired!!! I love Jang Keun Suk since 'Baby And Me' alongside with the famously baby Mason Moon (I seriously adore Mason and his 2 little brothers, Maden and Mavin Moon). And then falling deeply in love with Jang Keun Suk in 'You're Beautiful' as the bad tempered Hwang Tae Kyung ~

Mason, Maden & Mavin Moon
The moon brothers are so popular nowadays. I seriously adore Mavin because he is the coolest among the 2 brothers. He will smile all the time. Whereas Mason has his moody mood sometimes. And Maden cries a lot!! Hehehe.. Their mother is a Korean and their father is a Canadian. That's why they are so cute!!! Mixed parents =)) I've seen them in 'Hello Baby' with T-Ara (the girls have to take care of the brothers for the whole season and boy..they were probably exhausted taking care of the three brothers with different attitude) and 2PM show with the 2PM boys (only 1 episode). You can watch all of the episodes of 'Hello Baby' in YouTube (I did). Ohh how I wish I will have cute sons like the Moon brothers ~~ Is this means I have to marry a Canadian guy too?? Kekekeke ~~

Okay till then ~

Boys Over Flowers has turn into Medic Over Musical

Courtesy of Allkpop
Geum Jan Di's fans or her real name is Go Hye Sun, will be starring in a new drama (after such a long time after I saw her in "Boys Over Flowers" alongside with Lee Min Ho and Kim Hyun Joong). And Choi Ji Nuk's fan from "Baby Faced Beauty" or his real name is Daniel Choi, will be the lead actor of the same new drama. "The Musical" will be aired in SBS channel every Friday (since Monday & Tuesday is 'Warrior Baek Dong Soo', Wednesday & Thursday is 'Protect The Boss' and Saturday & Sunday is 'Scent of a Woman'). Am not sure exactly what date is this new drama will be starting its first episode but just watch out ya ~ The drama is about Go Hye Sun, a medical student is very passionate about being a musical theaters actress and Daniel Choi, a former Broadway actor and the best musical composer.

Like I said, Go Hye Sun's appearance is looking forward in this drama as this is her comeback drama (I think..because I haven't seen her in dramas in such a long time). And Daniel Choi, I saw him last in Baby Faced Beauty and he was cute and bubbly in the drama.

When this new drama starts it airing, then I'll review kay ~

Till then ~

Protect The Boss - New Drama Replacing City Hunter

With "City Hunter" drama is coming to its end at Astro Channel 393, I would like to recommend you all to stay tune to the new drama called "Protect The Boss" that will be airing starting 12 September. Personally, I would say I love Choi Kang Hee's drama that she acts. She is called the "Baby-Faced" noona/eonni because she is already 30-ish years old but she never age as much as her age. She has a cute big eyes and she really can act for any role she plays. I started watching her in a drama called "Rules of Love". Then I saw her in "My Sweet Seoul". These two dramas she has to choose between a younger bf and an older bf. Then, recently I saw her movie "Petty Romance" casting together with Lee Seon Gyun (he's in Coffee Prince, My Sweet Seoul, Pasta if anyone of you remember).
Okay, back to the new drama. I would recommend all of you to watch the new drama "Protect The Boss" if you are into romantic comedy kinda drama genre. I know, you probably would say you don't know the casts that much but once you watch the first episode, you will fall in love with each cast (except for Seo Na Yoon - the kinda-bitchy character in the drama, where she is so greedy to seduce both Cha Ji Heon and Cha Mu Won). Like me, I started to fall in love with Cha Ji Heon or his real name is Ji Sung right after I watched the drama and falling deeper for him after I watched him in "Running Man" as a guest.

Basically the drama is about Cha Ji Heon (played by Ji Sung), whereby he is the successor for his father's company, who is having difficulties speaking in public due to some trauma he had in his earlier days. He has OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) and he is very bossy and picky at the same time. He has a bad temper just like his father and he is immature for his age. Like father like son eyhh?? His cousin Cha Mu Won (played by JYJ member Jae Joong) is also after the position of successor since he is capable on handling about everything in the company. Cha Ji Heon and Cha Mu Won don't get along that well. They always fight like kids. Then come No Eun Seol (played by Choi Kang Hee), a not so educated girl, who is desperately looking for an office job, luckily got a job as Cha Ji Heon's secretary. Cha Ji Heon is known for his bossiness, he bosses Eun Seol around but Eun Seol, who is a gangster back in her younger days, didn't seem to fight back even though she is angry with her boss, just because she really needs her office job to pay debts. Day goes by, Cha Ji Heon and No Eun Seol becomes closer and love seems to strike both the boss and the secretary. At the mean time Cha Mu Won also has feelings for Eun Seol. And the cousins will always fight because of Eun Seol. And one day, Cha Ji Heon's ex-gf, Seo Na Yoon came back to Korea to be back with Cha Ji Heon and at the same time seducing Cha Mu Won. Like spare part laahh..if cannot get this one, the other one still got. Hehehe.. And that's when things get a little out of control.

This drama is still airing in Korea. I think it's already 7 or 8 episode. Total episode of this drama is only 16. I personally like this drama because I am really into romantic comedy kinda drama. That is why I am recommending it to everyone. Hehehe..

You can watch this drama online (I assume everyone knows online websites like maduu.com, mysoju, viki and so on). But I am not into online websites becuase the buffering is so SLOWWWW!!!!!!

Okay, hope you all will enjoy this drama once you have watched it!!

Till then...

The Street Cafe :: Halal Korean Street Dishes

I have been wanting to taste Korean food for such a long time since every time  I watch K-Dramas, they always eat tasty food such as Bibimbap, Kimbap, Ramyeon, Jajangmyeon, Grill Meat, Kimchi ddeokbokki and many more. It is hard to find a Halal Korean Restaurant here in KL. Until my friend mentioned to me there's a cafe selling Korean street food that is Halal. The cafe is called The Street Cafe. One is located in Sunway Pyramid at Asian Avenue and another one is located at SS15 in Subang Jaya (opposite Metropolitan or Sunway College, not sure). Since I live in Subang Jaya, so these are the only The Street Cafe I know existed. Outside Subang Jaya am not sure.

The Street Cafe @ Sunway Pyramid (courtesy of The Street Cafe)
So, continue my Korean food journey, me and my friend (also crazy about Korea, but not as crazy as me =P) decided to try The Street Cafe in Sunway Pyramid. The place is not that big since it is situated wayyy wayyy back in the Asian Avenue section. The time we made it to the cafe, there were a lot of people already. And mostly they were eating Ramyeon (Korean maggi mee).

Vegetable Ramyeon and Kimbap (Korean sushi) ~ Seriously nice and different taste from our Maggi Mee

Ddeokbokki (Spicy Rice Cake) ~ Seriously spicy because I can't eat too spicy food =P

Korean lunch box - bbq chicken + kimchi soup ~ Uniquely in lunch boxes and the chicken bbq is tasty with the Kimchi soup

Raboki = Ramen+Dobokki and BBQ chicken stick ~ This one is spicy and a lot!!

Bibimbap (Korean Mixed Rice) ~ Started to want to eat this after watched Full House (I think =P)..it taste sweet

On Fire Ramyeon ~ it's really makes you on fire..spicy for me!!

All time favourite Korean drink ~ Milkis Milk Soda ~ A taste of milk and soda..Recommended!!

Now this is my No.1 spot to eat Korean Food as well as Seoul Garden. I will review Seoul Garden when I have the photos. Currently, every time I eat there, can't seem to remember to snap pictures. Too focus on eating. Hehehhee..

My Official All-About-Korea Blog

Anyonghaseyo ~ Hello there fellow readers/bloggers/visitors ~

I am here to cater you all about Korea; K-Pop, K-Dramas, K-Movies, K-Gossips, K-Variety Shows. This is my first post and I would like to detail out what exactly this blog is all about. But first of all lemme introduce myself. Just call me SheDaly. I am so into Korea for the first time when I watched Winter Sonata back in 2002 (when I was form 5 preparing for SPM). That time, it was aired at TV3 at 7pm every weekdays. My tuition class finished at 7pm. So as soon as my mom fetched me from my tuition centre, we reached our house, I quickly turn on the TV and I got to watch 40 mins of its show. But it was okay for me back then because I didn't know the meaning of "feeling" a good drama like Winter Sonata back then. After Winter Sonata finished, there comes "Autumn in My Heart" with a lot more handsome Won Bin =P (previously, I thought Bae Yong Joon is the most handsome Korean guy). And from there my interest in Korean drama became fonder each time I watch a K-drama. And now, I think I have watched so much that I have to watch at least one episode of a K-drama a day. If not, I won't be able to have a good night sleep (lame, I know).

For the world of K-Pop, I started to get to know K-Pop from  the band Super Junior when they sang Sorry Sorry (I know, quite late right??). But from there I started to search for other bands like 2PM (my ultimately favorite band everrr!!!), So Nyeo Shi Dae (also known as Girls Generation), TVXQ, Shinee, F(x), Wonder Girls, 4minute, Beast, 2NE1, Big Bang, FT Island and soooooo onn ~~ And I started to watch shows like Music Bank, Inkogayo and Mnet Countdown to update on the latest songs and comebacks from the K-Pop idols. And to top up my craze for K-Pop, I listened to K-Songs each and every day. From in my car, in my office, in my bedroom, while watching TV also I listened to K-songs (I know, lame also =P).

As for K-Variety Shows, I started watching "Family Outing" also known as "Family Comes Here" in channel 393 SBS One TV Asia in Astro. The first season with Yoo Jae Suk as the MC was soooo hilarious until I laughed my lungs out. But they changed the family members in season 2. Not as hilarious as the first season (I watched it because there's Taecyeon..kekeke). And from there, the craze for K-Variety Shows keeps on coming. Idol Army Show, Introducing Your Friend, Heroes, Talk Shows, HahaMong Show, Hello Baby, Oh My School and soooooo onn ~~ And now my obsess are towards Running Man and 2PM Show (obviously..). I will try to detail out what the shows are all about and every now and then I will update on the newest episodes of the shows.

The thing that I know a little bit of the Korean entertainment industry is that is it the largest and biggest contribution of the Korea economics. So that is why they have plenty of idols growing like mushrooms, a lot of different kind of variety shows and dozens of drama coming out each month.

So bare with me, and I will try my best to cater the Hallyu Wave that have struck all of us all around the world (Yes, outside Malaysia also). This is solely on interest based.

Ok till my next post ~~

Anyeonghi kaseyo ~~
